Business Analyst / Process

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Business Analyst to support organizational strategy, business process and business transformation for the Strategy, Asset and Program Management organization within an enterprise level environment.

The ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Demonstrated analytical, modeling, and process management expertise sufficient to support the improvement of processes.
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
• Experience with project management, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
• Understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; including familiarity with change management toolkits.
• Skilled in the definition and development of operational governance models to enable programmatic change.
• A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Management, Engineering Studies (or closely related field) is preferred.
  • With an applicable Bachelor’s degree, 8 yrs of experience is required.
  • With an applicable Associates degree, 10 years of experience is required.
  • Without an applicable degree, 12 years of experience is required.
• Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of business analysis and progressively more technical in nature.
