Software QA Engineer

AZAD Technology Partners is hiring a Software QA Engineer to be an impactful contributor by testing software that drives leading-edge manufacturing systems.
The individual will join a multi-disciplinary team of engineers focused on developing cutting edge technology in a fast-paced and technically challenging environment.
Responsibilities will include developing test plans, integrating test method/technology in the software testing, verifying the software implementations against requirements, regression testing software core functionality, communicating with development engineers and stakeholders about bugs or requirements discrepancies and helping to release the software.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.

Experience with testing capital equipment software or applications is a must.

Experience with software development metrology (Agile/Scrum).

Familiar with Microsoft Technology (TFS, Git).

Experience with software testing method/technology (such as Ranorex).

Fundamental Engineering Knowledge (basic physics, calculus, problem solving).

Familiarity with industrial hardware (motors, sensors, etc.) is highly preferred.

Experience with unit testing is a plus.

Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Science, or related discipline is preferred.
