Project Manager- Change Management
Portland, OR

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Project Manager and provide expertise and guidance to project teams working to successfully complete program improvement projects and initiatives in support of Change Management activities.

The ideal candidate must possess the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in Project Management and Change Management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution is required.
  • 5 years of experience and skill in the following areas:
    • Development of project schedule timelines, to reflect major tasks (Planning, design, procurement, testing etc.) as required to complete a project.
    • Experience working at the Senior Executive level
    • Successfully coordinating or running multiple projects simultaneously as a program.
    • Advanced meeting facilitation skills and have knowledge and experience implementing business continuity capabilities in a federal utility environment or similar high-availability environment.
    • Proven ability to work with a diverse group across business units to elicit both technical and business process requirements. 
    • Working knowledge of software development planning, functional and technical specifications, and life-cycle management.
    • Accurately assessing and estimating project costs.
  • Experience organizing and analyzing detailed information and presenting it in a variety of formats for business, executive, and technical audiences.
