Project Manager / Facilities Planning
Portland, OR

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Project Manager and provide your project management and construction management expertise for medium sized facilities-related projects from requirements analysis to delivery for an enterprise level organization.

Projects may include new facility construction, renovation, addition, system replacement, and space management projects involving architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, plumbing or electrical systems.

The ideal candidate must possess the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely-related technical field is preferred.
  • With a Bachelor’s Degree in applicable fields: 5 years of experience is required.
  • With a Bachelor’s Degree not in applicable fields: 7 years of experience is required.
  • Without a Bachelor’s Degree: 10 years of experience is required.
  • Experience must include direct work experience in a project coordination/management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution with interior design and occupancy/space planning.
  • Professional knowledge of the principles, practices, techniques, and underlying concepts of architecture and associated disciplines, specifically in the areas of master planning, civil, mechanical, electrical, and space management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
