Account Manager

AZAD Technology Partners is looking for an Account Manager to join their collaborative team. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clear communication is key as theywill be working with and building relationships with people across diverse disciplines. They will partner with companies to hire specialized technology professionals, and you will help facilitate tech professionals land the job of their dreams. In the process, they will be building relationships with Industry leaders as they learn their business priorities and goals, technology initiatives and talent needs. In addition, the candidate must be highly organized, confident, energetic and detail oriented.   

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of account management experience.
  • 4+ years of recruitment or account management experience in a technology related field.
  • Possess a gift for building relationships.
  • Must be polite, professional, and always act with integrity.
  • Always work hard to exceed expectations.
  • Be client focused, results driven, and must be adaptive to changing environments.
  • Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills resulting in proven relationship building capability.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience working with teams and in collaborative efforts to achieve results.
  • Ability to work independently, networking and calling on all resources/contacts needed to successfully achieve objectives. 
  • Ability to closely track progress against a plan and adhere to deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft suite applications.
  • Previous experience with a CRM.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree minimum: Degrees in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field are beneficial and are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish consultative relationship with client contacts to identify needs driving future orders and timing of orders.
  • Provides strategic and operational oversight to support clients including file management, candidate selection, communication, candidate orientation.
  • Communicate with client contacts, Recruitment department, and/or Regional Managers to overcome challenges and offer strategic solutions related to open job orders.
  • Strategically define targets for a comprehensive recruitment plan in coordination with the Technical Resource Management team.
  • In partnership with the operations team, determine a specific value proposition for the client based on their position in the local market and the type of IT professional being pursued.
  • Leverage existing contacts and network throughout the IT community to grow the book of business clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide a best-in-class experience for our clients through effective stakeholder management, decisive prioritization, and efficient execution. 
  • Approach each day with the clients’ objectives shaping the process.
