Administrative Assistant

​The ideal candidate must the following experience and qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree with a major in any following fields: business administration, management, accounting, computer science or a related field is preferred. Associate’s degree can substitute for 2 years of related experience – see below.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in any following fields: business administration, management, accounting, computer science or a related field is preferred. Bachelor’s degree can substitute for 4 years related experience – see below.
  • A minimum combination of work-related experience, on-the-job training, and/or vocational training is required. Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of program/project coordination/control and progressively more technical in nature. Associate or Bachelor degrees can be substituted for a portion of the experience requirements.
    • 5 years of related experience, as defined above, without an applicable degree.
    • 3 years of related experience, as defined above, with applicable Associate’s Degree.
    • 1 year of related experience, as defined above, with applicable bachelor’s degree.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Intermediate skills/experience with SharePoint are required, sufficient to:
  • Support, manage, edit, and maintain site.
