AZAD Technology Partners is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to become an integral contributor and support both large transformational as well as desk-level improvement initiatives regarding the most effective use of Microsoft Project Server for an enterprise level organization.  This role will research and recommend changes and consolidation solutions for the organization.

The ideal candidates must possess the following experience:

• Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Systems or a closely-related field is preferred.  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Systems or a closely-related field is preferred.
  • With a Bachelor’s degree in applicable fields, 8+ years demonstrated project management and/or business analysis and/or business systems analysis is required.   
  • Without an applicable degree, 12+ years demonstrated project management and/or business analysis and/or business systems analysis is required.  
• Understand the PMI Standards and best practice through direct application of PMI standards or PMI certification.
• 5 years of advanced or Expert level knowledge/experience in Microsoft Project Server, PWA, and Project Professional Client. 
• 2 years of advanced knowledge of and practical experience in Power BI.
• 2 years of experience in automating with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). 
• 5 years of advanced knowledge and mastery of SharePoint and SharePoint Designer. 
• 5 of years System Administration.
  • SharePoint Site-Level Administration.  
  • Project Web Application (PWA) Administration. 
• 3 years of Data Modeling and Design.
  • OLAP Configuration. 
• 3 of years Data Management and Reporting.
  • SQL 
  • SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio) 
  • Oracle SQL Developer
